*PEAK SEASON: is Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day & during winter break (the last two weeks of December.)
**Some HOLIDAYS: may require a three night stay. We don't allow check in/check out on some holiday days so please call or email to verify your dates.
ADDDIONAL FEES: We charge 9.9% sales/lodging tax. We charge for any damages, any missing items, and any late departures not pre-arranged will be an extra fee.
SINGLE NIGHT STAYS: Please call or e-mail to check for possible "last minute" single night availability between other bookings. We also will consider renting single night mid-week non-peak weeknights, with the addition of a partial cleaning fee.
